Health and Safety Information

 

Basics

You will be asked to sign a waiver form, and you will receive a safety briefing and separate Safety Instruction sheet. Please read this carefully and comply with the instructions given. Your safety is of vital importance to us. Generally, safety equipment will be available on site as needed including hardhats, earplugs or earmuffs, facemask, protective glasses, cotton gloves, sunscreen, etc. Please apply sunscreen liberally to prevent sunburn. Basic first aid materials will be available on site. Check with your Crew Leader or the Construction Supervisor if you need anything or have an injury.

Security

Please make sure that all valuables/wallets etc are locked in your car or are in your possession at all times. Be personally responsible for any tools you bring onto site. Unfortunately, personal items have been stolen from site, and caution is required.

Supervision

The supervision on site will be provided by a Construction Supervisor and one or two Crew Leaders.
