'A Place to Be' Photography Competition

Judges

John Sefton: An award-winning New Zealand Herald picture editor, John been involved with judging many nationwide photography competitions. He is a top New Zealandphotographer and has much experience to bring to the judging panel.
 
Richard Orjis: Photographic artist Richard Orjis completed his MFA at Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland in 2006. He has exhibited extensively including exhibitions in New York, Basel, Miami, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and Auckland. He is currently represented by Starkwhite and McNamara Gallery in New Zealand and Galeria Luis Adelantado in Spain.
 
Serena Stevenson: Serena's inquisitive look on life, and people doing their stuff, has lead her to photography, filmmaking...and forever, quietly, challenging the 'inside of the square'. She has won numerous awards, including the Roy W. Dean NZ documentary film grant. “My photographic/film work is about intimacy, and simultaneously, is about challenging people’s perceptions.”
